Sovereign substrate for the systems that hold lives.
OrthID is part of 3verest's sovereign offering, alongside Forge, Bifrost and Heimdall. 3verest is committed to delivering sovereign substrate solutions locally, with a global view.
Sovereign substrate, delivered locally with a global view.
3verest builds the substrate beneath healthcare software: identity, connectivity, security and the application platform itself. We make that substrate sovereign by default, so the data, the compute and the control stay inside the region and the institution that own them.
OrthID is a 3verest sovereign company and product - the identity layer of that platform. The same sovereignty, applied to who and what gets access: humans, organisations and AI agents, all verified, scoped and audited inside your jurisdiction.
“Locally, with a global view” is the whole idea. Every deployment is bound to its region, but it is built to one global engineering standard and one security posture, so you get sovereign control without giving up the reliability of a platform run everywhere.
Data, compute and keys stay inside your region and your institution. Residency is the foundation, not a dropdown.
One engineering standard, one security posture and one operating model across every jurisdiction we run in.
Sovereignty isn't a setting bolted on later. The substrate is built this way, so everything above it inherits it.
One sovereign substrate. Four products.
OrthID is the identity layer across the offering, so every product shares one set of identities, one audit trail and one sovereign boundary.
Sovereign identity for humans, organisations and agents.
The sovereign application and workflow platform.
Sovereign connectivity and data exchange between systems.
Security monitoring and threat detection at the edge.

Identity is the one layer that touches every other layer.
We built the rest of the substrate first - the application platform, secure connectivity, threat monitoring - and kept hitting the same wall. Every product needed to know who was acting, on whose behalf, in whichjurisdiction. The answer was always a legacy identity provider that wanted to phone home, pool tenants in someone else’s cloud, and charge an operational tax for the privilege.
That doesn’t work when the question is “can this radiologist read this study in this region?” or, now, “can this AI agent act on this patient’s data, scoped and for how long?” Identity touches every other layer, so it had to be sovereign too. So we built OrthID, on the same substrate as the rest.
Built by people who run healthcare systems.
A small team from healthcare, engineering and clinical practice, shipping infrastructure that has to hold.
Build substrate that holds.
We’re a small team that takes correctness, residency and patient trust seriously, and ships fast anyway. If sovereign infrastructure for healthcare sounds like your kind of hard problem, we’d like to hear from you.
